A heartfelt comment recently on an earlier thread suggests a mass rebellion of dissatisfied customers in Shaun Stenning‘s Twalk ‘internet marketing business’ in Asia. (Sometimes they use the brand ‘Snipr‘, I believe.)
Shades of the Geekversity train wreck which saw demand for refunds sink that um, ‘enterprise’ with a AUD $5.5million loss.
This smooth-talking itinerant salesman’s quick-and-easy-riches-through-the-internet sales pitch was assisted and sometimes delivered by his business partner, local-spruiker-under-pressure Dean Letfus.
In hyperbolic marketing materials for the ‘online cash machines’ (cough), Dean Letfus was described (a bit like a professional wrestler) as ‘little known internet marketing expert (splutter) Mr X‘.
Questions:
- Could the wheels be coming off the snake oil wagon train?
- Are there any guarantees in this er, ‘operation’ — personal or otherwise — that the customers can rely upon? (It would be nice to think they stand behind their ‘product’.)
- Or is it true they routinely blame the customer’s ‘mindset’ and ‘loser mentality’ for a demonstrable lack of success?
But look how pretty, and soothing, the page notifying the [allegedly] hundreds of ‘rebels’ in the ‘refund movement’ of the cold, hard facts is.

On the stage, he [Shaun Stenning] said that user does not need to do anything but celebrate. But after you purchase, there are months of webinars that never come to end. Zero result after one year of education. His Country Manager in Indonesia and All technical Support’s Twalk Account also with zero result.
Now all his client from Indonesa, including his technical support demand him for refund. Hongkong clients already have successful refund movement on March 2010. Right now this Taiwan clients also start to organize refund movement.
Oh dear. The perils of hyperbole.
Hi scammed
Full amount! I can’t believe it. I got through to a Success Resources lady, who said to email her the details of my payment. I had the receipt of when I first joined, dates and amounts of payments, scanned, and forwarded them all with a simple polite straight forward message.
4 amounts were transferred into my account that day, back into my credit card. She was very nice. I guess I’m lucky? If I can help in any other way scammed, no problem, just let me know your email and we’ll chat there.
Cheers
Hi Sydney refund seeker,
Wow! you are a lucky person. I tried chasing Shaun but his websites and emails have been disconnected. Do you know the person to contact regarding refund from ‘Success Resources’?
Thank you!
Hi there, just came across this website. I was also scammed into purchasing this programme in June 2010 in Hong Kong (also through Success Resources) and was really waiting for the promised “live training day” that, I was assured, would be set up in Hong Kong ‘soon’ as I knew that some hands-on training would kick-start me into actually trying out the programme. One and a half years later ….. and that never materialised. In the meantime, the promised 30 lessons of online instruction also dried up after ten or eleven lessons. I emailed Shaun Stenning – especially about the awaited live training – but got no reply. As such, I never actually got started on even trying out this programme at all. Now it seems that Snipr no longer even exists … am I right? When I tried yesterday, what came up was that “this domain name may be for sale”.
I shall be phoning Success Resources on Monday. Would you mind telling me which lady you dealt with there for your refund?
Many thanks,
Shev
I am from Malaysia. It has been many months now chasing for full refund but all we got is 50% and a promise by Success Resources boss, Richard Tan that he will chase Shaun Stenning for the other half of our money.
So we are all still waiting for Richard Tan of Success Resources to give us back the balance as of time of this writing.
Yeah go the 50% from SR Not full refund Still awaiting ………
How can we contact Shaun Stenning to get our refund? Anyone from Australia? His team has ran away with our precious money. If he is a winner, he should apologize to every client and send us a paid cheque.
Hi Edward, I left a comment for you below..
Hi I know Sean is originally from echuca Victoria and his family still lives there his dad is a school teacher there
Hi Edward
I’m in Sydney. He should apologize, I agree. Just contact Success Resources, I’m just guessing they were the event organizers who you may have went through for his program. Respectfully ask for a refund of Shaun Stennings program. My friend and I got our money back that way.
GoodLuck 8)

Hi Peter,
Thank you for posting the Shaun Stenning scam on your website. Do you know to get a refund from his unsuccessful TWA.LK course? I tried so many times trying to get in touch with Shaun and the ‘Success Resources’, but still no answer? Is this what you call a winner or a loser? Appreciate it if you could please help out.
Thanks.

Interesting. Some pretty bold claims on that website!
What’s your interest/connection/involvement Bob? Are you behind that website? Or just another dissatisfied customer?
I’m curious.
