Oh, ouch. Not what we wanted to hear. Good luck to him and the team.
Now that is a story which will dominate the ‘news cycle’ … and rightly, because so many of us care. Bugger.

I feel so sorry for him having that pic distributed far and wide.
I feel so sorry for me, now, having to listen patiently to debates about what I see as a lack of succession planning on Graham Henry’s part. There are 30 guys on the squad and a number of “unofficial reserves” sitting at home – surely our RWC can’t be over because of one player?
Who really should care. He’s well paid and cossetted – and we all have to suffer through his Father – his mother being in tears – and him tonight on TV ‘anointing’ his replacement. To my mind its a blessing to see a new face – no man is indispensable – or at least ive always understood that to be the case.
Now at least i wont have to listen to that Sports Commentator off TV3 saying “Daaan Caaaarta…” every time the underwear model gets a mention.
Dan – your groin is compromised – get over it and let the other team members get on with it. If you are the key to All Blacks success alone along with McCaw then i think we are sunk to begin with.
